How paying works.
One purchase system, inside TypeDrift, tied to your account.
Monthly or annual?
Pro is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Teams is $4 per learner a month or $40 per learner a year. Annual billing saves 16% compared with paying monthly for a year, charged once a year.
Why do I sign in before paying?
Pro belongs to your TypeDrift account, so it works wherever you sign in. TypeDrift shows the account Pro will be added to before checkout. If it isn’t the account you want, switch accounts first.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Account & plan. Stripe will show when your access ends.
How do Team seats work?
A Team starts at 10 learner seats and grows in steps of 5. Added seats are prorated for the current period; removed seats take effect at renewal. The Team owner gets Admin Pro without using a learner seat unless they also join as a learner.
I pay for Pro myself. Should I start a Team?
A Team includes Admin Pro for its owner. Starting a Team doesn’t change or cancel a personal Pro subscription; you can manage that separately from Account & plan.
I already have a TypeDrift license.
Existing licenses and earlier subscriptions keep working. Sign in and TypeDrift can link a valid license to your account, so you don’t need to buy Pro again.
Is checkout secure?
Payment happens on Stripe’s secure checkout. TypeDrift never sees or stores your card details.
